double-acting beet rear door
The double-acting beet rear door is a rear door that has been specifically designed for transporting beetroot. It has a welded net instead of a fully enclosed surface which keeps the unloaded weight as low as possible. Furthermore, the net means that you experience less air resistance when the body is empty and the sheeting is open which in turn saves fuel on empty runs.
This door also opens in the same way as a top hinged door on the tipper, and in the same way as a single-section barndoor when the body is in a horizontal position.
