Turnable upper beam with ground operation for walking floor trailers

A spring lock is used as standard, which means you have to climb a ladder to the top of the trailer several times when the upper beam needs to be opened or closed. With the STAS self-unloading trailers, you can opt for mechanical operation of the upper beam from ground level. Thanks to the mechanical operation, you thus save a lot of time and effort. It is also safer to operate it from the ground, as you do not have to take risks by climbing a ladder.
So, when unloading, you open the controls first. The first door opens normally, at the second door you open only the lower latch, leaving the upper latch in the lock, opening the upper bar along with the door. Now you can unload your load without any worries.
