The STARP is STAS' automatic tarpaulin system for those who refuse to compromise. This automatic tarpaulin for tippers combines maximum reliability with ease of use, a long service life and the lowest cost of ownership in its class. What's more, the STARP is compatible with the standard catwalk.

Fully electrically powered, waterproof, maintenance-friendly and designed for the real work: varying loads, intensive daily use and maximum flexibility on site and on the road.

Both opening and closing take just 12 seconds thanks to the powerful 24V / 900W DC motor with fully enclosed worm gear reduction.

There are several ways to operate it:

Electrical problem? No problem.

In the event of a complete electrical failure, the system can be operated manually by simply disconnecting the guide arm. No waiting times, no downtime, no impact on planning.

What makes the STARP waterproof?

Rubber seals at the front in combination with a fixed tarpaulin at the rear
Three longitudinal tubes in combination with round hoops prevent water pockets on the tarpaulin
