Standard double-acting rear door for tippers
The standard double-acting rear door for tippers is the most common and most versatile door in our range. The double-acting rear door can be used as a top hinged rear door with pneumatic closing hooks or as a barndoor where both sides open. This rear door is equipped with 2 grain hatches with operating handles. This allows you to unload the cargo in a controlled way and to close the grain hatches smoothly. This double-action rear door for tippers is fitted with solid continuous barndoor hinges, sturdy steel opening handles and top hinges with double articulation so that the pressure on the doors remains limited during unloading.
The closing hooks are fitted with easily replaceable wear plates and have three positions as standard: open, closed and automatic. You can choose whether you want to open the rear door manually or automatically. In automatic mode, the hooks open automatically when the tipper body starts to tip and close automatically when the tipper body has been lowered. The tipper can be fully operated without exiting the vehicle.
